Dharma Yoga is a gentle, mindful style of yoga designed to support your body and breath awareness. It is Zazen in movement. In this 4-week series, we will explore the Four Mindfulnesses of Buddhism (mindfulness of breath, body, mind and emotions), and how practicing with them will support our practice on the yoga mat, meditation cushion and in life.
Join Myoki Raizelah Bayen, Dharma Yoga Certified Instructor, for this weekly gentle class with modifications offered to those with limitations, but the ability to get down and up off the floor is required. Please bring your own yoga mat. Yoga props will be available.

Wednesdays, April 1 to 22, 4:30 to 5:45. No required fee.
You are welcome to bring yourself some dinner (microwave available) and then stay for our sangha meeting from 6:30 to 8:30, including meditation, service and Dharma talk.
