Join sangha sewing teacher Shudo Chris Burkhart to learn the back-stitch we use in sewing Zen ritual clothing.
Knowing the stitch enables you to help out with sangha sewing, like the rakusu we're sewing for our shuso, and also prepares you for sewing your own rakusu should you take jukai at some point.
Join us at 6pm sharp downstairs at the Zendo ready to learn and practice the stitch.
